fix: force the exec bit on installed hook scripts + guard it in tests

Defense-in-depth for the previous commit. The installer now chmods every agent-status
hook script to 0755 after copying, so an install can't reintroduce the "Permission
denied" SessionStart failure even if a bundle ever ships a script 0644 — copyItem and the
rookctl-path rewrite both preserve the source mode, so the git mode alone was load-bearing.
A parametrized test asserts all three bundled hook scripts carry the owner exec bit, so a
future 0644 commit fails the suite instead of silently killing the hook.
