feat!: separate reward collection from stake withdrawal (#13)

Split `_withdraw` into pure stake withdrawal and new `_collectReward` for
realized rewards. Zero-amount stake / withdraw / collectReward / distribute
calls are now silent no-ops (removes `InsufficientLiquidity`). ERC-4626
`_withdraw` routes principal through `_withdraw` and reward through
`_collectReward`, so stake and reward tokens are no longer required to be
the same in downstream integrations of the base algorithm.

Tests updated for the new API surface, gas benchmarks added for
`collectReward`, and README gains an ABI import section.
