ci(coverage): scope Go coverage to library, add 93% floor gate (#7)

The SDK library packages are already at 94.5% statement coverage; the 89%
Coveralls figure counted the examples/* demo commands, whose main() blocks on
http.ListenAndServe / a live broker connection and cannot be unit-tested.
Scope the coverage profile to shipped library packages (examples still compile
and run in the test step) and enforce a 93% floor so the metric tracks the SDK
rather than demo entrypoints.
