feat(demo): wire the high-RTT reader knobs; docs(rust): browser fetch layer section

Demo (examples/openalex/web): records stores get setCoalesceGap(256KB) and a
top-100k resident offset-table prefix at boot (awaited -- overlapping calls
on one RrsRecords would contend for its exclusive borrow), and the split-set
facet pass prices topPerField=100 to match the panel's rendered top-100.
A wasm rebuild at deploy also picks up the v0.35-v0.39 reader fixes (facet
pricing waves, fetch window, singleflight, digest support).

README (rust): documents the browser fetch layer (priority, singleflight,
fetch window + stats, range cache) and the per-store tuning surface
(records preload/coalesce knobs, facetCounts topPerField + countsFor, facet
digest, trigram+term boot bundles).
