feat(go): facet digest emission -- SetFacetDigest on both split builders

Byte-for-byte mirror of the Rust with_facet_digest: facetDigest derives the
top-k categories per field (count desc, name asc) from the emitted sidecar's
own bytes via OpenFacets and appends the summary TLV (tag 3) after the
presence record at seal; 0 (default) emits nothing and keeps every existing
manifest byte-identical. Shared digest-enabled conformance golden
(testdata/rrss_digest_build_golden.txt) asserted by both suites.
