Merge pull request #2201 from XhmikosR/xmr/cleaner-fixes

Fix bugs in CleanerML files

- Pale Moon had literal value "value", breaking $$base$$ Windows since
  the initial commit 778ba4cc8 in 2020
- Edge and Brave had functionally harmless lines copied that belong only
  for Google Chrome
- aMule and Vuze worked on Linux when added in 2009, but a 2019 refactor
  broke both, so they worked only on Windows.
- This commit changes VLC so that the memory dump could work on Linux,
  though in practice, it seems Linux doesn't produce a memory dump there.
  VLC memory dumps (at least in that directory) seems to be Windows only.
