feat: dashboard single-click-to-enter, title-bar button, and modal titles

Improves dashboard and terminal-zoom UX.

**Single click to enter.** A click on a dashboard cell now enters that session+pane. Before, a click only highlighted the cell (and every single click waited out the double-click interval, because the cell carried both a count:1 and a count:2 tap gesture), and entering needed a double click. Now the click flashes the active frame on the cell, then enters after a brief 0.18s delay so it reads as acknowledged rather than instant; a later correction-click on another cell wins (last-click). Keyboard navigation is unchanged: arrows walk the highlight, Enter enters immediately, Esc closes.

**Title-bar dashboard button.** A new button opens the dashboard (the existing Cmd+Shift+D / Navigate > Dashboard action), placed before the quick-terminal button with a separator so the two form their own visual group. Its glyph is `square.split.2x2`, distinct from the workspace icon.

**Modal titles and chrome.** The open dashboard now paints an opaque themed backdrop instead of a transparent margin that let the sidebar and session deck bleed through, redraws the title-bar hairline over it, and shows a title in its stripped bar (just `Dashboard`, plus the window name when the window is custom-named, following the normal window-title logic). The terminal-zoom strip, which showed no title either, now reuses the same title view so a zoomed terminal shows the normal window title.

README and the website docs are updated. No control-API change: these reuse the existing `dashboard` command and add GUI affordances only.
