fix(hooks): hub-aware auto-persist project resolution (#158)

Auto-persist (stop/subagent-stop/pre-compact) now resolves the target project via CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR else cwd, excluding the marketplace hub, so a hub-cwd session no longer mis-targets writes to dangernoodle-marketplace; persistOneKbBlock now honors a kb block's own project: instead of dropping it when the cwd default is empty, warning only on genuine ambiguity.
