Normalize trailing "=" in flag completions for lenient diff comparison

The gcloud completer appends "=" to non-bool flags (e.g. "--project=")
while carapace-gcloud intentionally omits it ("--project="). This caused
every flag to appear as a diff in integration tests. The new
normalizeFlagSuffix helper strips trailing "=" from both sides before
running DiffPatch so only real differences are reported.
