chore(deps): bump vocdoni-node to main; adapt to reworked batch endpoint

The node's POST /chain/transactions/batch was restructured: SendTxBatch now
takes []api.TransactionPayload ({Payload, Metadata}) instead of [][]byte. Wrap
each signed tx as a Payload (Metadata stays optional, preserving prior
behavior); mapBatchResults is unchanged (same TransactionBatchResult shape).
