Re-layout the asset tree when the Structure tab becomes visible, add changelog entry

ECharts initialized the tree while the Structure tab pane was still
display:none (Location is the default tab when an asset has no
children), so it computed a 0x0 container and rendered the single
node collapsed in the top-left corner. Listen for Bootstrap's
shown.bs.tab event to resize and re-layout once the pane is visible.
