Commit Message

fix: rename agenttoolkit to agent-toolkit and remove unexposed services

Rename agenttoolkit to agent-toolkit to match AWS CLI naming, and
remove iotevents, iotevents-data, panorama, and simspaceweaver which
are present in botocore data but not exposed by the AWS CLI, using
the existing SkipError customization pattern.
