fix(test): bypass Firefox terms-of-use popup stealing focus in headless CI (#793)

Recent Firefox versions show a terms-of-use notification in headless
windows that steals focus, so Element.focus() no longer fires focus
events until it's dismissed. This broke all focus-dependent tests in
CI (Firefox 152.0) while passing locally on older versions.
