feat: added status visualisation for the deployment workflow in the FE (#664)

## What
Add detail UI for registries, profiles, and render tasks with their
respective statuses
Closes #413 

## Why
Wiring up the various statuses of our CRs, linking them and visualising
the results in a simple FE view makes it easier to see and potentially
debug any issues that might occur.

## Testing
Playwright e2e test (pipeline-journey.spec.ts) updated to match the real
controller data model (ownerKind: "Target", release encoded in
spec.repository), covering the full Profile -> Release -> Render ->
Target path.
