Fix cross-platform compilation and minor bugs

- Add context.Context parameter to getContainerDetails on FreeBSD
  and unsupported platforms to match the Linux signature
- Use exec.CommandContext in FreeBSD implementation
- Remove dead code tearDownLoopback from unsupported platform
- Fix missing colon in error format string for fsnotify watcher
