python/README.md: note sourceacademy-sicp isn't on PyPI yet (#264)

No GitHub Release has been cut, so the publish job in
.github/workflows/python-package.yml has never fired and `pip install
sourceacademy-sicp` currently fails with "No matching distribution
found" -- confirmed via `gh release list` returning zero releases.
The Releasing section further down already documented that publishing
is release-gated, but the Install section at the top didn't warn
readers before they hit the failure themselves.

Found while wiring CPython-based SICPy testing into the sicp repo's
CI, which hit this same gap (source-academy/sicp#1289) and needed the
git-install fallback documented here as the workaround.
