Refactor CatalogController#show to resolve DoubleRenderError (#962)

- Refactors `CatalogController#show` to explicitly fetch the Solr document and manage formatting through an explicit `respond_to` block instead of calling `super`. Bypassing `super` prevents Blacklight from executing its own default format responses first, which previously caused a `DoubleRenderError` when retrieving export formats like XML.
- Adds comprehensive request spec coverage in `spec/requests/catalog_spec.rb` to verify HTML, JSON, and XML format requests, as well as approved, draft, withdrawn, and blank/unknown states.
- Updates database schema.rb and incorporates chromedriver into mise.toml.
- Includes custom public error pages for 400 (Bad Request) and 406 (Unsupported Browser).
