test: refresh drifted integration snapshots (atlasobscura, linkedin, medium) (#857)

* test: refresh atlasobscura and manifest/linkedin snapshots

Both snapshots had stale degraded values from a moment when the origin
fetch failed:

- atlasobscura logo: favicon.ico -> apple-touch-icon (imgproxy URL is
  reachable again; richer logo is the correct result)
- manifest/linkedin publisher: null -> 'LinkedIn' (LinkedIn manifest.json
  now resolves; both CI and local produce 'LinkedIn')

Regenerated under TZ=UTC to match how CI runs.

* test: refresh medium snapshot for logo-favicon selection change

metascraper-logo-favicon now ranks Medium's generic 500x500 SVG avatar
above the 152px publication raster (both present in the fixture and both
reachable). Deterministic across runs; refresh the snapshot to the
current selection.
