gnsi: Fix trust bundle rotation test gaps found in FNT Gap Analysis

1. Implement verification that the same certificate is served during Step 4.
2. Standardize trust bundle loading to use PEM format instead of PKCS7 as per test requirements.
3. Update README.md to clarify that the gNSI Authz Probe RPC is used to verify the loaded trust bundle.
