feat: per-subscription episode order (newest-first vs oldest-first) (#38)

News/current-affairs feeds are best browsed and queued newest-first; a
serial or narrative series (Revolutions, a history course) is best consumed
oldest-first, in publication order. Make the order per-subscription:

- New `queue_oldest_first` column (default false = newest-first).
- The episode pane reverses the newest-first query for an oldest-first feed,
  so a serial reads top-to-bottom in listen order (and you queue it that way).
- `O` in the Subscriptions pane flips the selected feed's order and re-sorts
  its episodes immediately; footer + help updated.
- Guessed at subscribe time (`guess_oldest_first`): title keywords
  (history/story/making of/chronicle/saga) or an iTunes History/Fiction/Drama
  category default to oldest-first. Always overridable.

Tested: the guess (serials vs news), the DB round-trip, and that an
oldest-first feed reverses the episode order (and flips back).
