ux: semantic colour in the Library, queue, and playback bar (#35)

The two-pane Library was a wall of white/gray text. Add a small,
meaning-carrying palette so colour is information (and the eye gets
anchors), not decoration:

  cyan   = focus / now-playing        green  = new / unheard / downloaded
  yellow = in-progress / queued/busy  red    = error / failed
  blue   = dates & times              dark-gray = secondary / played / rules

- Episode cards: now-playing marker (cyan), listen-state marker (yellow
  when in-progress), download icon (green/yellow/red), publish date (blue),
  and a yellow `queued` badge - each in its own span.
- Subscription rows: unheard count is green when > 0 so feeds with
  something new to hear catch the eye; newest-episode age is blue.
- Queue rows and the playback status bar get the same markers/colours; the
  play/pause icon is green/yellow and "Up Next: N" greens when non-empty.

Colours are factored into small semantic helpers (`now_marker_style`,
`listen_marker_style`, `download_icon_style`, `time_style`, `dim_style`) so
they stay consistent across views. Verified with a buffer-colour test that
a now-playing/in-progress/queued/downloaded card paints cyan+green+yellow+blue.
