test: raise server-workspace + frontend coverage; stabilize users E2E (#163)

* test: add frontend unit/component tests (green subset)

Add vitest + @testing-library/react component and hook tests across lib,
hooks, stores, services, router, components, and many pages. Switches the
vitest environment to jsdom with a react plugin and test setup to enable
component testing (test-tooling only; no production src changed).

* test: add axiam-audit service + middleware integration tests

Cover AuditService.log repository delegation/error propagation and the audit
middleware (success/denied/failure mapping, client-IP capture, health/ready
skip). 7 tests, all green. Tests only; no production code changed.
