test: raise Python SDK coverage to ~96% (#6)

Add focused unit tests covering previously-uncovered branches:
async client (refresh/logout/can/batch_check/401-retry), sync client
error guards and body-building, AMQP consume() wiring + non-object-body
branch, NEW-4 replay validation branches, error-mapper 403-non-JSON and
gRPC-status normalization, and RefreshGuard object-result handling.

Line coverage 88% -> 96%; full suite green.
