test: raise Go SDK coverage toward 90% (#5)

Add unit tests across client, login, authz, errors, grpc, jwks, amqp event,
middleware, and generated stubs. Core SDK reaches 96.7%; overall 89.5%
(remaining gap is the broker-bound amqp consume loop and the examples/ sample
apps, which cannot be covered without a live RabbitMQ broker). Tests only; no
production code changed.
