Add AI draft button for field-based transcription (#5678)

* Add AI draft button for field-based transcription

Shows an "AI Draft" button on the transcribe tab when a page has a
finished AI transcription and its field-based collection has no
spreadsheet-type field. Clicking it populates the field inputs from
finished_ai_transcription.transcription_json, mirroring the existing
plain-text AI Draft flow (reuses the ai_draft_used hidden field so
deed recording and the flag-ai-use job keep working unchanged).

* Hide plaintext AI Draft button for field-based collections

The plaintext copy_ai_plaintext button's guard only checked
collection.text_entry?, which is independent of field_based, so it
rendered alongside the new field-based AI Draft button. Its click
handler never worked in field-based mode anyway since it lives in
the CodeMirror partial, which isn't rendered there.
