RustCrypto PrehashSigner integration (#21)

* SigningKey: own the private scalar, wipe it on drop

Adds dangerous::SigningKey<C>, an owned private-key wrapper whose
scalar lives in a Zeroizing buffer for its whole lifetime and is
wiped on drop — callers stop passing raw &[u8] private keys around.
Same shape as ed25519's SigningKey (scalar stored as bytes, so the
struct stays free of a backend type parameter; curve-fixed, backends
chosen per call).
