feat(mcpkit): surface go-sdk server keepalive on Info.KeepAlive (MC-48) (#31)

- mcpx.NewServer takes a keepAlive time.Duration and sets mcp.ServerOptions.KeepAlive when >0
- mcpkit.Info gains an additive KeepAlive field, threaded through mcpkit.New
- go-sdk's built-in per-session ping/close-on-failure is unchanged; this only surfaces the existing knob
- no CLI flag added; a consumer can wire one via Server.Flags as a follow-up
