- Pipe mode with empty stdin
- Pipe mode with binary data
- Pipe mode with large input (16 MiB)
- Stderr from command is visible to user
- Stderr visible on successful command
- Non-existent output directory fails
- Successful command overwrites previous output
- Exit code propagated from command
- Pipe mode commits empty file on clean stdin close
