Extend the compiler enough so that it compiles git

Add C structs with member access, pointer and self-referential
members, multi-word pass/return, and the broader C/SysV subset needed
to build real git: gcc-like driver flags, host preprocess contracts,
typedef/enum registries, unions, designated initializers, compound
literals, SysV va_list with a TLS runtime, floating-point argument
packing, and functional tests for the product contracts.

Git's own test suite passes when compiled with trans.
