fix(nodert): prevent duplicate host binds and restore piped colors

Move register.mjs and tsx preload from NODE_OPTIONS to direct argv on
the Go-spawned shim so Vite and Remix worker processes no longer each
try to bind .forst/node.sock. Add FORST_NODE_HOST_LEADER plus
register.mjs execArgv checks so non-leader Node processes skip host
startup, strip inherited register imports from NODE_OPTIONS, reject
live hosts in PrepareHostSocket, and improve EADDRINUSE errors.

Set FORCE_COLOR on host spawn when the Forst parent stdout is a TTY so
piped dev-server output keeps ANSI colors.

Document host-mode environment variables and update hostAutoRegister
wording in node interop docs.
