MapFusionByDomain fix: some indvars where replaced in such a way they were reused in other loops (#849)

~ Fixes that MapFusionByDomain wrongly substituted the indvar of the first fusion-candidate in inner-loops that were considered for fusing, but ultimately refused, but with the parent loop still ending up fused.
 - remove DataTransferMinimizationLegacy and its last remaining, dead, user to reduce users of User.all_uses_... API
 + debug_dump method for PyStructuredSDFG that can remain in-place, but will be no-op under normal operation.
