Drop the version suffix from finger tree names

Rename the imported version-5 identifiers to their unsuffixed forms now that
finger_tree2/3/4 are not part of this library:

- files: finger_tree5*.hpp/.test.cpp -> finger_tree*, and the wrapper tests
  finger_tree_*_ft5.test.cpp -> finger_tree_*.test.cpp
- types: FingerTree5 -> FingerTree, FingerTree5Iterator -> FingerTreeIterator,
  UnitMeasure5 -> UnitMeasure, ReversedMeasure5 -> ReversedMeasure
- internal namespace ft5 -> ft; include guards FINGER_TREE5 -> FINGER_TREE
- test case names / aliases: dropped the FT5 marker

Purely mechanical; no behavioral change. gcc-16 builds green (110/110 tests,
header-set verification, PMR proof) and lint passes.
