feat(host/claudecode): claude statusline command + termenv renderer + StatuslineProvider (MC-7) (#13)

- new host/claudecode/statusline package: Payload (CC statusLine stdin contract),
  Resolve (session-id precedence generalizing pogopin BR-76 via appPrefix),
  Segment/Render (termenv profile-aware color degradation, TrueColor -> ANSI256
  -> ANSI -> Ascii), StatuslineProvider seam, Command factory (fail-open, --plain)
- add github.com/muesli/termenv v0.16.0 dependency
- exports Command(provider, opts...) for a host adapter to mount as an extra
  subcommand (e.g. claude statusline) alongside claude hooks
