Add zsh skill reference for completion capture technique

Documents the zpty-based completion capture pattern used by
carapace-bridge: spawning headless zsh, overriding compadd to capture
matches via -A/-D arrays, null-byte framing, zparseopts prefix/suffix
extraction, and the consumer-side parsing flow. Covers the compinit
initialization, key bindings, zstyle config, and the exit code bug
that was fixed in the vendored copy.
