fix: stop tracking prebuilt libghostty artifacts

PR #158 committed GhosttyKit.xcframework, agterm/Resources/ghostty, and
agterm/Resources/terminfo as symlinks. these are gitignored build outputs
(rebuilt by scripts/setup.sh); the .gitignore entries used a trailing slash,
which matches directories only, so the worktree symlink form slipped past a
git add and got committed with a machine-specific absolute target.

drop the trailing slash so the symlink form is ignored too, and untrack the
three paths.
