Rewrite sandbox tests to use Expect for exact completion verification

Replace all ExpectNot-only tests with 21 Expect tests that verify
exact completion output at expression-context cursor positions (empty,
after pipe, after operators, inside function calls, arrays, objects,
if/then/else, try/catch, reduce/foreach, def, string interpolation,
format name, and complex multi-step expressions).  Operator-context
tests dynamically build expected actions from the completion parser's
ValidOperators.  Special-context tests verify ActionMessage and
ActionValues outputs for def name, object key, field name, break,
and partial string positions.

Requires the sandbox UID-stripping change in carapace to match actions
built from base functions against those roundtripped through Invoke.
