* chore: migrate from yarn to pnpm

- Switched project package manager from `yarn` to `pnpm`.
- Updated CI/CD workflow, documentation, and local scripts.
- Removed Yarn-specific configuration and SDK folders.
- Cleaned up `.gitignore` and `package.json` dependencies.

Add a 3-day cooldown to dependabot updates to prevent excessive PR noise
during rapid dependency releases.

* chore: update pnpm action workflow configuration

Reorder the workflow steps to ensure `pnpm/action-setup` is initialized
before the Node.js setup, and remove the explicit version constraint to
use the default version.
