Add run-free-value-or skill; fix Catch2 docs and refresh CLAUDE.md

Add a /run-free-value-or skill (SKILL.md + driver.sh + smoke.cpp) that
compiles and runs a dependency-free C++23 smoke program against
value_or.hpp, plus documents the make/preset test paths and the
C++20 header-verify gotcha.

Correct stale GoogleTest references to Catch2 in README/CONTRIBUTING,
and update CLAUDE.md (or_construct, umbrella-includes-todo wiring,
msvc presets, sanitizer/standard details).
