Fix generic method sets, modernize stdlib usage, refresh CI and docs

- Fix generic method sets: unwrap wrapping nodes to the base ident, so methods on generic types match and do not panic
- Guard bodyless functions in signature extraction
- Add package prefixes inside inline struct and interface composites
- Replace pkg errors and hand-made merge with stdlib
- Panic with erero and context in place of shared log calls
- Adopt idiomatic constant names and Add-prefixed option methods
- Sync CI actions and README badges to the shared template
