Remove PR doc previews from gh-pages when PR closes (#68)

The Docs workflow deployed a preview to gh-pages on every PR but never
cleaned it up, so previews accumulated after PRs were merged/closed.

Add the `closed` event to the pull_request trigger so pr-preview-action
(action: auto) can remove the preview directory, and skip the pdoc/mkdocs
build on close since only the removal is needed.
