Make the sidebar font size configurable (#187)

* feat: make the sidebar font size configurable

add an Appearance > Window "Sidebar font size" stepper (9-20, default 13,
matching the previous `.body` size). The size rides a GhosttyApp mirror, and
the sidebar re-renders live on `.agtermAppearanceChanged`: the row text and
row height scale together while the row icons and status glyphs stay fixed.

GUI-only chrome, so no control command, like the sidebar tint and pane-mute
sliders. Folded the single-control Panes section into Window so the Appearance
tab still fits 480x590 without scrolling.

* fix(review-loop): clamp sidebar font size and fix review findings

- clamp the size in GhosttyApp.setSidebarFontSize so a hand-edited or
  out-of-range settings.json renders at the bounded size instead of a giant
  font inside the clamped row (row height already clamped its own copy)
- fix the stale "Appearance -> Panes slider" reference in settings.md left by
  the Panes -> Window section merge
- cover the fractional row-height rounding branch (14.6 -> 30) in the tests
