refactor: adopt mcpkit config.Load and xdgpath for DB path (#131)

- internal/config: replace hand-rolled defaults/file/env loader with
  mcpkit config.Load + xdgpath.DataFile/WithXDGFile; keep the
  PROJECT_KB_PATH>QM_DB_PATH env alias and tilde expansion consumer-side
  (mcpkit's WithEnv field-maps by struct name, doesn't know the alias)
- drop unused defaultConfig/BootstrapPath/BootstrapExists/Save/expandHome
  (no non-test callers); malformed bootstrap.json is now a hard error
  (previously silently swallowed)
- internal/store: InitDB now trusts its path arg and errors on empty
  instead of re-deriving PROJECT_KB_PATH/home fallback (callers resolve
  via config.Load().DBPath)
- pin github.com/dangernoodle-io/mcpkit@793b9ee (config+xdgpath only,
  both stdlib-only; go-sdk not part of the build)
