Bump Ariadne to 0.52.22 (#753)

Bumps the Ariadne target platform from 0.52.20 to 0.52.22.

0.52.22 resolves wala/ML#704 (static trailing shape dimensions for
NLPGNN's `DenseLayer3d`/`DenseLayer3dProj` layers). That typing does not
reach the parameter-flow numpy precondition sink: the shape descriptor
is null there, since provenance is lost across the
`get_shape_list`/`einsum_via_matmul` boundary, so per-dimension
staticness is never consulted. A sound decline-unless-provably-static
policy would re-decline the `DenseLayer` methods as false positives,
since their numpy is over a static hidden dimension. permit-⊤ is
retained and the sound flip deferred; #751 is retargeted to require
client-side interprocedural descriptor propagation.

Adds a regression fixture (`testNumpyOnGeneratorUnpackedParam`) for a
decline this bump enables: numpy over a generator-unpacked tensor
parameter is declined once 0.52.22 types the parameter, guarding the
graph-compatibility precondition against a typing regression. The
fixture is version-dependent (the parameter is untyped on 0.52.20), so
it lives with the bump.
