fix(mavftp): create missing upload parent dirs and add SITL coverage

Normalize remote upload paths before deriving parent directories, and create
only the required absolute parents before calling CreateFile. Treat existing
directories as success and keep relative/root paths as no-ops.

Add unit coverage for the path normalization helper and a SITL integration test
that uploads a script into /APM/Scripts, verifies the remote contents, and
cleans up afterward. Also fix the mypy type annotation for the MAVFTP helper.
