feat(docs): Apple Intelligence wavy glow border example (#443)

Flagship example for plan 005: the wavy Apple Intelligence border (Siri
screen-edge glow) rebuilt on MotionValues, showcasing plan 002's
declarative SVG filter-attribute binding (motion.feoffset dx/dy,
motion.fedisplacementmap attrScale).

- Test page /tests/ai-glow-border: conic rotor + orbiting blob springs
  behind two displaced ring bands, one useAnimationFrame integrator
  driving bounded dual-sine noise drift vectors, a displacement swell,
  and a five-slider tuning panel (thickness via a --t custom property
  scaling every ring dimension in calc()). Humanspeak mint #54DBBC joins
  the palette as a conic stop and an orbiting hotspot.
- Docs example /examples/ai-glow-border: theme-aware port (per-theme
  ring blend modes), hover invite on the glow spring + card lift,
  AnimatePresence-crossfaded state chip, Apple Intelligence SEO in
  title/meta/crawlable copy.
- e2e: environment-aware frame budget (25ms p95 on GPU Chrome, measured
  16.7ms; 60ms software-raster tripwire on CI), MotionValue attribute
  checks, listening toggle, reduced-motion static path, slider
  proportions. Perf spec retries absorb parallel-suite contention.
- fix(presence): sync/wait exits no longer insert a layout placeholder
  for out-of-flow children (it manufactured space that never existed,
  ballooning fixed containers during keyed crossfades). Position is
  snapshotted as a string while connected, because a detached element's
  live computed style reads '' for every property.

Gates: pnpm check 0 errors, docs check 0 errors, unit 754/754, presence
e2e 55/55 (retries=0), full suite 320 passed, trunk clean.
