Integration tests + parser coverage: 67% -> 91% line

Push coverage into the 90s by exercising the async dispatch and the HTML
parser that unit tests couldn't reach.

- Both binaries honor WAYFINDER_AON_ENDPOINT (via AonClient::with_endpoint),
  so they can be pointed at a mirror/proxy or a test server.
- CLI end-to-end tests run the built `wf` against an in-process HTTP mock
  (categories/fields/cache offline; search/show/--sf2e/--version through the
  mock). main.rs 13% -> 84%.
- MCP end-to-end tests drive the built `wayfinder-mcp` over stdio JSON-RPC
  against the mock (initialize/tools-list, search, get, list_categories).
  server.rs 26% -> 86%, main.rs 0% -> 95%.
- More render/content.rs parser cases (inline <b>/<i>/<trait>/<actions>,
  links, list items, tables, hrule). content.rs 76% -> 89%.

Workspace line coverage 67% -> 91%, function coverage -> 92%, 154 tests.
No new dependencies; the mock is a ~15-line std TcpListener and llvm-cov
captures the subprocess coverage.
