Parse OPDS feed entries individually instead of by feed type

opds-feed-parser classifies a feed as a NavigationFeed unless every entry
has an acquisition link, so a single entry without one (e.g. a loan for a
title removed from the collection) caused every book in the loans feed to
be discarded and the bookshelf to render empty. Classify each entry on its
own — an entry with a complete-entry link is a book — and drop entries
that have no acquisition links at all, matching the CM's OPDS2 behavior.
