Make the snapshot additivity check ref-parameterized and runnable locally

Replace the hardcoded pre-migration baseline commit with a source/target pair:
the check now compares a source ref (under test) against a target ref (baseline
whose data must not be lost), defaulting to the dispatched branch vs develop.

Move the generate-both-and-compare orchestration into tests/parsers/
check_additivity.sh so the same flow runs locally and in CI; the workflow is a
thin wrapper that only adds a per-SHA cache. Each ref's snapshot is generated in
a worktree via a --no-deps reinstall (its code + matching entry points, keeping
the resolved nomad-lab); the script restores the checkout's editable install on
exit. Snapshots stay untracked.

Verified locally: develop vs the syrupy branch reports all-identical (the earlier
gromacs false-positive, from the far-behind 1c7acd6 baseline predating PR #174,
is gone).
