entitlements: restore the plist format codesign accepts

Prettier's XML plugin had rewritten entitlements.xml (a space in
<true />, a wrapped DOCTYPE), which AMFI's stricter AMFIUnserializeXML
parser rejects with a syntax error, so codesign could no longer read it.
Restore the canonical single-line format and exempt the file from
Prettier in both .prettierignore and the Wiswa source so a regen keeps
the exemption.
