feat: improve blocklist parsing and expand default sources (#181)

- Refactored `Fetch` in `internal/blocklist` to strip multiple prefixes
  (`*.`, `www.`, `0.0.0.0 `) from blocklist entries, ensuring better
  domain matching.
- Added Cebeerre NRD blocklist to `DEFAULT_BLOCKLIST_URLS`.
- Fixed minor indentation issue in `internal/geoblock/service.go`.
